All these three positions require that you close your eyes. Also, as much as possible, try to find a quieter place to perform this relaxation exercise. I recommend that you find a place with low light or if you have the possibility, reduce the light till you get the overall feeling of sunset.
After you have chosen one of the three positions described above now all you have to do is to repeat the linguistic formulas that I`ve mentioned about previously. These specific formulas, as precisely prescribed by the psychologists, induce the state of calm and peace through the entire body and increase the overall state of wellbeing. There are a few different formulas, but you have to keep in mind that the most important is the one formula you start the relaxation technique with and also end it with.
The formula goes like this: „I am calmed, I am relaxed”. A few positive thoughts may help you out to get into the serene state.
